Bignonia capreolata (Cross Vine-Purple) - 19cm

Bignonia capreolata (Cross Vine-Purple) is a vigorous climbing vine with glossy, semi-evergreen foliage that may develop a purplish tinge in cooler weather. In spring to early summer, it produces clusters of of showy trumpet-shaped flowers in shades of deep purple to reddish-purple with golden throats, highly attractive to pollinators. It climbs using tendrils with adhesive disks, easily covering walls, fences, or arbors. Thriving in full sun to partial shade, it prefers well-drained soil and requires moderate watering. Hardy and low-maintenance, It's perfect for adding bold, long lasting colour to vertical spaces.
