Geranium anemonofolium - 15cm

Geranium anemonofolium (Anemone-leaved Geranium) is a compact perennial with deeply divided, fern-like leaves that resemble those of anemones. It produces clusters of delicate pink to mauve flowers mainly in spring to summer, adding soft colour to borders and containers. It thrives in full sun to partial shade, preferring well-drained, moderately fertile soil, and needs regular watering, though it dislikes waterlogging. Hard and easy to grow, it works well in rock gardens, mixed borders, or pots, where its fine foliage and dainty blooms provide a graceful effect.
